Can I return or exchange my custom gown?
All custom orders are final sale.
No returns or exchanges on any customized gowns.
How can I pay for my purchase?
At consultation, payment is arranged.
Payments include down payment deposit.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged gown due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. After 24 hours, we cannot resolve the issue. We suggest fully examining the gown upon receiving.
How do I track an order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. On this email is a tracking number. There will be a link in your email to either UPS or USPS. Click on this link and you will be able to track your order.
